Dr. Seema Misra is working as a Senior Consultant in Paediatrics at Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore since 2006. She completed her MBBS from KGMC Lucknow in 1996 with Gold Medal in most of the subjects. Later , She completed her Diplomat of National Board of Paediatrics in the year 2001 from Sir Ganga ram Hospitals , New Delhi in first attempt. In 2004-2005 , she was accepted as a Fellow in Neonatology at prestigious Mayo Clinic ,MN.USA. She is with the Apollo Hospitals group since 2002 as a consultant Paediatrician

Before joining the department of Pediatrics at Apollo Hospitals Bangalore, she established the department of pediatrics and neonatology at Apollo hospitals, Goa . Earlier, she was the head of Department of Pediatrics at Global hospital and research Centre at Mount Abu in Rajasthan.

Dr Saurabh Misra is a Laparoscopic and Bariatric surgeon, Practicing as a Senior Consultant at Apollo hospital ,Bangalore since 2006. He has more than 7000 Laparoscopic and Bariatric surgeries to his credit. He started his career as a Registrar in Sir Ganga Ram hospital in New Delhi where he trained in Advanced laparoscopic surgery techniques after complication of his MS surgery from Rajasthan in 1997.He was later accepted as a Fellow in Bariatric surgery at prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN ,USA,where he trained under Dr Geff Thompson and Dr Kendrik ( 2004-2005). He started independently performing Bariatric surgery in 2005 and was the first surgeon to perform such surgeries in Apollo Hospital ,Goa.

In 2010, he was invited for "World leaders hernia round table conference" at Shanghai China ( only 5 surgeons were invited for the same ) In 2012 he invented and developed his own method of minimal access surgeries known as SMILS which was accepted for publication in Journal of Minimal access surgery . In 2014 , he was invited to deliver Guest lecture on Matabolic and Bariatric surgery at API conference at Hubali, Karanataka. Till date he has more than 25 clinical research papers to his credit.
